Working on getting 7 hours of sleep - its really hard during the week - I don't get to bed until 11 at the earliest and have to get up at 5:30 - makes it pretty difficult. Yesterday I swam laps, abs and walked - really tired. yesterday afternoon Made a new recipe last night - monterey jack turkey burgers on light english muffins - kids all ate them too. Ground turkey new for us. Nowhere near as good as ground beef but calorie difference is unbelievable. Son broke another window in the garage door - now I have 2 to fix. Off to home depot today to see what I can do - (I do not like home depot)

I am also off to home depot...but I love it. I am with you on trying to get more sleep it is something I am really bad about. I stay up very late...usually playing chess on the internet. Gotta stop that. Perhaps we should start recording our sleep better in the Exercise log...right now I just leave mine at 8 hours. Could be an idea.
