@faridaanwar9834 belajar dulu tentang keseimbangan energi, cari tau TDEE dan BMR nya. Makan dikurangi 10-20% dari TDEE (gak di bawah BMR dan gk lebih dari 500kkal). Makronutrisi diusahakan seimbang, protein dan serat cukup, minum air putih cukup, tidur cukup. Naikkan level aktivitas. Jadikan lifestyle 👍👍
