@yulianaa72 banyak belajar, dari basic dulu, ke yg ahli. Gak cuma minta tips random. Jadiin makan balance, olahraga & tidur cukup jd lifestyle, bukan cuma sekedar pengen turun cepet ntar binge eating dan BB yoyo lagi 😁😁
