Cara masak:
Sawi Gulung: 1. Haluskan tahu, campur dengan telur, tepung; 2 siung baput cincang, lada, garam, dan penyedap; 3. Cuci dan Rebus lembaran sawi selama 3-5 menit; 4. Isikan adonan ke lembaran sawi yang sudah dingin karna klo masih panas nanti mlonyoh tangan kaw; 5. Kukus sawi gulung selama 10-15 menit

Saos: 1. Tumis 3 siung baput dan bawang bombay; 2. Tambahkan air secukupnya, masukan saos2an (tiram, gochujang, cabe, dll yg klen suka); 3. Tambahkan garam, pemyedap, lalu koreksi rasa; 4. Setelah mendidih masukkan cabe dan bawang daun iris tipis; 5. Kentalkan dg larutan maizena; 6. Selamat makan bestyy
