I havent weighed in today plan on that tomorrow i do know that I am going to have a weight gain due to the past few days i was put on a steroid for my shoulder I have 3 more days of it left thankfully. I did succeed in my 64 oz water drank today so that's a bonus. I took 2278steps today as well
