well I only got 32/64oz water drank so it was only half bit I can start over today. I know I can do better and I will do better this week my goal is 64oz daily and I bumped my step count down until I can keep a steady 3000 per day then I'll bump it up a little at a time till I get to 10,000 daily. and I'm going to take a break away from sugary try and go most of the week before eating junk food this week
