sebulan turun 1/2 kg :D masih makan minyak,tepung, mi instan, masakan rumah biasa tanpa berhenti haid,trus rambut jg gak rontok, dan aku makan selalu di atas 1400 intinya bahagia tanpa menyiksa :D
