if interested, I can show you how to cut in half or more ... I use Sara lee Delitefull 45 bread .. calorie free walden farms pancake syrup.... 2 pieces of bread have 95 calories, the syrup has zero...I use egg white (35 calorie...) and one whole egg w cinn as a dredge... and monkfruit powdered 'sugar' ....
