What an emotional night. Had a few things going on last night, and only after I had done it, I realized that I had snuck a few things in, chewed and swallowed. I think I may have eaten a little too late, and I was still digesting this morning. No worries.
111.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
