I have begun to lose weight VERY slowly...But that's ok. I'm not dieting anymore..just getting used to eating smaller portions, and eating more often throughout the day. Exercise is still key to my weight loss. My body is COMPLETELY different! Much better...
75.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
