End of first full week back on plan...7 pounds gone!! Down to 200 - just one more pound and I will be in the 100's...YEA!!!!!!!! Can't wait!! Feel a lot better this time on plan - amazing how much more energy I have and how clear everything is. Sleeping better at night, my joints are not so achy, my legs are getting slim and I actually see a waist line! I really see this as a lifestyle for me, especially when I can start adding more carbs & incorporate more low carb foods.
