So its been over a week since I've checked in...Last Thursday I got on the scale and didn't like what I saw...It showed a 3 pound gain..I was good all week with my food and exercise, so when I saw that it really got me down, I was so disappointed that I didn't record it. I hopped on the scale this morning and it's back where I was on March 10th(3 pound loss from Thursday...I don't get it. So now I feel better and motivated for the week, but I can't believe how a stupid number on a scale can change your mood so quickly... I'm taking a boxing class tonight, so I'm kind of excited for that. I'll let you know how it goes....Stay Motivated and have a great week everyone!!!

Google "why the scale lies". It explains how you can go up and down with water weight fluctuations hourly, daily etc..even when you do everything right. If you weigh daily, you need to be prepared for the fluctuations. Especially if you exercise a lot. Sore muscles can make you retain water till they heal.
