Pretty excited about my 4lb loss this past week! Yay! I went out this weekend with friends and felt good about my choices and doggy bagging the rest, which I gave to my dad. I did not get to go to the gym, YET, for the day, but maybe I will go after work. I only got hours of sleep and also had to help my son work on some assignments. (a mother's work is never done!).
I am extremely tired...so ready to go back home and in the bed. Hope this day goes quickly...time for coffee!
