Hello Hello!
I have to admit, Iwas really nervous this week about how well I was going to do (willpower-wise) with all the craziness. I was out of town for 2 days, friday was a cook-out with lots of friends (and TONS of food), and yesterday was the bachelorette party... an Italian potluck with the works: cheese/olive tray, bruschetta, wine, pizza, homemade canoli, and TIRAMISU for crying out loud.. but FS buddies.. I am here to tell you that I have discovered a whole new me who sticks to her diet guns no matter what!! :) I have discovered the concept of moderation... which has eluded me all these years. I have a goal... I'm going to reach it. All the yummy food and parties in the world aren't gonna get in my way!! (btw- how sad is it I saved WW points for wine!!? haha)
I'm feeling great.. can't wait for weigh-in #2. Hope you all had a beautiful weekend and lovely weather like we did here.
