yesterday and today : Feel wiped

Day 19 on my cycle.

I actually haven't had a decent period since May, I still get the pms feelings.

Or is it that I haven't had meat in awhile? Even when I have meat, I still feel this way.

time to live and learn.

Happy Sunday to all!

You should take iron supplements. Maybe that's what you're missing since you are feeling low on energy. Or maybe you are feeling down because your diet is not working the way you hoped it would do and not eating your favorite foods is making you depressed? A lot of people feel that way. If it's really just an iron deficiency that's easy to solve.

Get some healthy virgin coconut oil and drink it in your tea or coffee. Hope you are feeling better.

Hard to know ... have you had labs checked to get some sort of measurement on what's going on in your body makeup?

The perfect storm of hormones and life. ;-( I agree with Bella - could be any variety of things. While the low iron issue is the first thing I think of too, I've been reading that women over 50 require less than younger women. My other default thought is a thyroid issue.

Thanks - thyroid checked, med adjusted this week (stayed the same, which he would have upped the dose of synthroid) I've wondered what would happen if I took two pills instead of one..just out of curiosity. I want to start having a plant based food regimen and then after a couple of months go get the lab work, to see if I'm on a right track. Sweet2 inspired me mucho with her recent post about giving up dairy and meat and getting great results from the lab. I want to try that also. My son is moving out soon, so I'll be freer in my food choices.
