@utedama: prioritasin latihan beban, ka. Walo kadang aku juga bosan sih, jadi kadang banyak di cardio nya 😅 tp tetap back on track kalo udh merasa kbanyakan cardio.
Buat skinny fat ada pembahasan bagus di youtube, masalah gimana ngatur kalorinya, apa perlu surplus/maintenance/defcal dan olahraganya. Coba cari pake key "skinny fat eh olahraga yuk". Lumayan itu ilmunya buat rekomposisi tubuh 😁
