I have to tell you all weight sucks. I was at 155 on Sunday last week. Completed my challenge with flying colors and walked a 1/2 marathon on Saturday. What do I have to show for it? a stinking tenth of a pound. That is .1 pounds. Really? Sometimes I wonder why I bother. Sigh.

I know it is good for me and health doesn't show up on the scale. It is still so depressing.

Yes, it is, but if you walked and had sore muscles (and who wouldn't) remember those sore muscles retain water to help them heal (which can mean a gain the next day). So give it a few days and you might see a good drop in weight. What we do today, may not show up until next week. You never know, so keep going, you are doing great. Plus, you should be very proud of your accomplishment.
