Well today starts my journey again. After battling my weight for the last 6 months since my wedding, I'M DONE!!!! I've got to make a huge change. My blood pressure is up, I feel like crap, my body just aches all the time and my self confidence is awful. I just feel like I've let myself go. Time for a change. Hopefully this day will be the first day of a total life/body change.
