I went out today to the flea Market wile we where the I got so hungry I told my Husband we could go for lunch when we where done. I am a Dibedis so it had been 5 Hour since I had something to eat, for BreakfAST I had 2 SL of Nature's own light Wheat toast,1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, and 1 hard boiled lg egg, my 2 cups of coffee. good right acording to Weight Watchers that was 7 points plus. or 202 Calories.
WELL we went to Western Stear Buffit and blue it, the best
I could come up with was 44 points for lunch, 1,450
WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF I KNOW BETTER.
I was just so hungry I could not get anough in to make me fell better. When I don't eat every 2-3 hr I fell so sick. I should have gone to Ihop and had Eggbeaters, What is wrong with me, I always sabertosh myself. Oh well tomorrow is another day so I start over.
I do 2 hr of Water Arobic between 3-5 days a week. There is no Water Arobic in here for exercise WHY?

That is why we diabetics can't go for long periods without eating something. Try taking a snack with you, like a stick of lowfat string cheese and a piece of fruit. You won't be so hungry and can think straighter about staying on your meal plan. Hunger is our worst enemy!
