Regular coconut pancakes. Counting 3 x 4" diameters, but only 1 was really 4", less than a spoon of Maple syrup. 1 bacon slice (air frier) and 1 turkey ham.

Looks so good! I make a morning pancake that is just one egg mixed with a mashed 1/2 of banana, a little cinnamon and vanilla extract. Naturally sweet, only need a tiny bit of syrup. Google "two ingredient pancake". Gluten free too.
