Ok so it has been a LONG summer! Towards the end of June some lithium ion batteries blew up in my pocket spewing flames for what seemed like an eternity! I ended up with severe full thickness burns from my butt to below my knee. I was told by the burn clinic to forget about dieting for a while. My body was going to need 4 or 5 thousand calories a day just for the healing process! Needless to say, much of my progress was completely wiped out. On top of having to eat more, I was bed rest for at least a month and very limited for the better part of two months after that. The batteries on my scale are dead(thankfully!) but the last time I was in the Dr office they weighed me at 316.😥 I have been trying to get more active, but I am struggling with motivation. I am trying to get back into the swing of eating like I was, but all the good habits I had developed have been obliterated! Decided I needed to get back on here and lean on you guys as you have all always been so supportive and encouraging. pray for me as I start this journey over yet again!❤
