you're lucky you can eat carbs that would just make me really fat I stay away from potatoes rice they're not even that necessary for your body Dr meeting vegetables is all I have and now the weight is falling

I'm bulking I need to put weight on as I've just had a lung transplant and I lost all my previous muscle as I was bedridden for 8 moths so now it's time to heal and eat 😍
