Olive Garden for dinner tonight..YUMMY!! I did a lot of research before arriving - asked for the Garden Fare menu to verify my choice...and WOW was it a plate full of food... Mixed Grill - Chicken & Steak, Grilled vegetables & broccoli. I asked for NO POTATOES - so what do they do..bring potatoes on the plate with a side of broccoli. But I wasn't tempted at all!! Plus I ate a HUGH salad before the meal. 25 carbs if you eat the whole meal - but I only ate 1/2 for dinner. Plus instead of tea I had water.

Having a plan before entering the restaurant made a BIG difference!! I was able to enjoy my friends and not worry about what to eat.

One week on plan...can't wait to see my results in the morning.

I always order their Seafood Brodetto. It's listed as pretty low carb, but it comes with 2 pieces of crusty bread, which I believe account for 90% of the carbs, so I just don't eat them. If you like seafood, you HAVE to try it!
