Ok, so i'm on Day 1. Still trying to figure out what i'm gonna eat during the day. According to many online calculators i'm suppose to consume 1400 cal a day for my weight loss goals.

I am not sure how to consume so much, i'm use to eating allot less, yet i gain, so i guess its because i'm not eating enough.

So i'm gonna give this "eat more" a try, to see what difference it makes.

I see the Atkins diet do have allot of low carb snack ideas.

Rule no 1...Drink More Water.....oooh it is difficult. but i will try my best. :-)

Your calorie count looks way too low to sustain your body healthily. Take it from someone who is trying to keep weight "on" after having been all shapes and sizes.... If u cut your calorie intake too low eventually skin, nails, hair, energy levels, anxiety, depression all become a problem A BIG PROBLEM... i took my quest to get thin to the extreme and I was ravaged by the end of it looking skinny but very very unhealthy too and mentally and emotionally wrecked.... I treat food so differently now I understand that having a decent relationship with it is a must to successful life.... TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS :) best of luck xxx btw adding lemon to water makes it kinda tastier just force yourself to drink as much as you can- ur body will thank u for it soon enough!;)

Thank you for your feedback. I do eat more then enough i just don't always remember to put it into Fatsecret. And Having Herblife Formula 1 shake twice a day, i get more then enough minerals and vitamins in my diet. Thanks to herbalife my nails now grow 10x faster then it ever did before.

Good luck - everyday you will learn something new! Rule 1 - try not to punish yourself or sacrifice yourself - this weight loss thing can consume you, so try to stay as positive as you can and make small healthy changes ! It's a long road , but you'll do fine :) x

Sigh this again. I know of 2 twin brothers who are 98Kg's that have to cut on 1500Kcal a month with 12% bodyfat because that is how their bodies work. I am exactly the same. At 2000Kcal I maintain my weight, cutting it by 500 a day pushes the weight loss along. I have been trying Paleo, and it seems the cheese that I have been eating just doesn't agree with my body, and I have lost nothing in the first week. o.O I did a standard LCHF about 3 months ago, and I lost 7Kg's the first week due to water weight flying off of me. However, just by incorporating cheese into the exact same diet, eating the exact same calories, I have not lost a single ounce. Listen to your body, everyone is different. If you feel good on 1000Kcal, so be it, it's your bodies level of maintainability.
