Ahhh...Week #4 or 5...I've lost track! The scale is creeping lower and lower. Not a lot lower this week but I still feel good. I am trying to make better food choices, always an issue with me. I still have not had a perfect week. If only I could stay away from pretzels, chocolate and whipped cream.....maybe next week. I am getting better though.
I was in a Walk this morning to raise awareness and end Alzheimer's disease on Hollywood Beach...FL not CA! It was beautiful in many ways. I did enjoy the ocean breeze, sand and sunshine. I met some really great people too. I raised $640.00 for the cause. It was a ton of fun and I'm sure it will help a lot of people. My food choices were not great. I was weak! Getting ready to put them in my food diary to tally up the damage! Yikes!!
