I've been away at a pre law camp for the past month. Haven't had a lot of time to keep up with my diet. I felt like I was losing weight, but consumed a lot of calories the last week in response to stress. Being home have dined out frequently and eating a lot of momma's home cooking.
Need to get a meal plan in place for the semester in the next couple of weeks. 1L here I come!
