1 lembar roti gandum di gilas tipis,, ksi sepotong sosis kanzler, keju quick melt, saus smbal dan mayo secukupnya.. Gulung rotinya..
Goreng telur d teplon anti lengket, saat telur masih basah letakakn roti kemudian gulung,, panggang hingga matang..
