I hate food. It seems I have been eating way to much salt this week and it is creating an increase in my weight. I have worked my butt off and eaten so well. (I guess except for the salt.) And the scale is being very unfriendly.

Cheer up. Look at my weight lately. After Easter, I had ham for a week and wow! Did my weight go up! But now it's back down and I'm yoyoing along with my sodium intake. And you're eating a lot less than I was after Easter. (ummm, I couldn't resist a few hershey kisses, etc.)
