Recipe- 389 calories: oats-25 g, milk -60 ml+ water to dilute, Microwave 2 min/cook. Add mashed banana-60g, peanut butter- 15g, ON protein powder- 15g, mix well and top up with soaked almonds: 6 and Kellogg's museli- 15g. ☺️
