I enjoyed a great walk today around the beautiful Hampstead Heath area. I managed to clock just a little over a whopping 13,000 kilometres, exceeding my PB of 10.5k! I'm going to bed with a calorie deficit of 1720. I shall be having sweet pleasant dreams of FAT crying and burning! Now that's a really good feeling! I'll wake up feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next challenge. Hm, I wonder what that might be? Well, only time shall solve that mystery.
