That looks amazing. I have never cooked a whole chicken before, and have been meaning to try roasting one. Now you have me very curious about the instant pot!

I cooked it on manual for 25 minutes and slow release for 15 minutes. I sprinkled it beforehand with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. 3.7 lb bird. It is healthier than roasting because there is no temptation to eat that wonderful crispy skin!
