Crunches and hip dips are definitely my favourites when I need to lose weight off my belly or build abs, simply amazing, sets of 30 two times a day, the results are astonishing
44.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
