Yesterday was AMAZING!!! I worked out as planned and didn't go over my daily caloric intake. I walked for 1 1/2 hours and did Zumba!! Today, I'm going out to eat with my best friend, Anthony and have already picked out my dinner at Olive Garden. I"m going to get the herb-grilled salmon with seasoned broccoli. Even after I record my breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, I'm under my daily caloric intake by 4 calories. HOT DOG!!!!
