Don’t know if this is TMI… but whatever

So whenever I start eating healthy again I have diarrhoea for like a day or two.

It’s been 4 days.
Someone please recommend a way to stop this without breaking my diet.

Avoid frying your foods. Try steaming and if you have to use fats or oils. Use very little. That’s usually the cause of diarrhea as well as sugar alcohols/sweeteners. Can be in some diet products. I don’t know exactly what you eat. But it’s definitely something you are eating that is causing the loose stools.

I have this too i thought it was my body getting used to veg overload

Hallo! Registered Dietitian here🌼 I had a look at your profile and you are eating amazing healthy! well done! the rapid change in fibre from the veggies may cause some gut imbalances - try taking a probiotic for a week⭐ also reducing the fried food will also definitely help!

ABC = Apples, Bananas and Cereal (oats or weetbix) This helps me when my tummy is unhappy with me.
