Avoid frying your foods. Try steaming and if you have to use fats or oils. Use very little. That’s usually the cause of diarrhea as well as sugar alcohols/sweeteners. Can be in some diet products. I don’t know exactly what you eat. But it’s definitely something you are eating that is causing the loose stools.

I had a look at your profile and you are eating amazing healthy! well done! the rapid change in fibre from the veggies may cause some gut imbalances - try taking a probiotic for a week⭐
also reducing the fried food will also definitely help!

ABC = Apples, Bananas and Cereal (oats or weetbix)
This helps me when my tummy is unhappy with me.
