His burger vs mine 😭

I find its the hardest part of a diet when your other half can eat what they want and still be skinnier than you

I know the feeling. My OH is putting on muscle just now so the house is full of food and he is having huge portions which just adds to the drama. I am, as usual, trying to cut!!

That’s not actually true. Look at that burger yeah it’s bigger but the buns the same, salad etc.. but more meat which is double the protein extra fat the carbs roughly the same I could go into detail but it would only bore you.
