I am new to this journal posting thing. I have not figured out how to add photos. I would like to add one of my wife and I. She is my gym partner and she is an incredible person. also I some how deleted yesterday's post. not sure how that happened but it did.

go-to the top of the app. and click the camera to take a photo. or if you use the web site you can do it by entering a new journal entry and just uploading photo(s) at the bottom of the page. you can also add them to your weigh in on the web site.... not sure on the app
