Love me some salmon. This may sound crazy but, I cook mine in the microwave. It comes out delicious! I use a square glass dish: olive oil in the bottom to cover half of it; salmon goes in skin side down; salt, pepper, and basalmic vinegar and crushed garlic on top; cover with plastic wrap. Cook 2 salmon steak portions (for 2 people) for 5 minutes or so. Very moist and you don't taste the Basalmic vinegar. It just takes some fishy taste away.

Oh that must be terrible to be allergic to fish! I'm allergic to peanut butter and it sucks.

Instead of garlic I also have finely diced mushrooms and onions and I always use the basalmic. Even my kids love it.

Yummy! One of my fav meals is brown rice, pan seared salmon and roasted asparagus with a olive oil, lemon, and Cajun mustard vinaigrette drizzled over all of it 😍
