No way that's 540. Maybe the chicken skin? You know what I can eat for 540? Half a pizza. Your calorie count is off, I think. But what do I know.

Beautiful plate! Take away the avocado and rice - or swap out the rice for cauliflower rice (Nature's Intent makes a great pre-cooked version. I found it at Costco) to decrease the calories and add fiber.

I'm using the calories from the food on the app, maybe they are wrong: Thigh with skin 152 Drumsticks 105 Brown rice 1/2 cup 105 Veggies 47 Avocado 129 And it is working at a good pace. Normally I'm using Costco chicken breast.
