YEA down to 203 - very stressful week but I stood my ground! Kept my goal in mind and eyes wide open. Food is fuel - so if I choose the right fuel for my body good things will happen! Feeling much better without the sugar and carbs. Really tired and weak yesterday afternoon but think it was due to the stress and lack of sleep. The weekend is almost here!!! Think I will reward myself by taking a drive over to the beach.
