DAY 29 Lunch (+/- 567cal)

Kaget. Nih pizza cm 2 slices tp kalorinya ternyata tinggi banget. Sebelumnya ga aware thd hal ini lho, dlu ak bisa habisin medium pan on my own, pantesan aja gendut 😂

Kalau mau pizza rendah kalori, bisa bikin sendiri. Pakai wrap/tortilla. Yang bikin tinggi kalori itu pizza base-nya karena pakai banyak tepung dan juga keju-nya. Kalau keju-nya mozzarella, kalorinya juga lebih sedikit dibanding pakai cheddar.
