завтрак на 306 ккал
вчера наела аж на 5000ккал,кошмар,надо восстанавливаться
вчерашний зажор дал о себе знать в виде отеков на весах +2.1 кг
но не стоит отчаиваться,2-3 на нормальном питании и все уйдет😅
