So I've been attempting to get up in the mornings as if I were to work the early shift at work and have been failing miserably.
I woke up today just after 10:30 am and now my morning is essentially gone. My day will go well. I'll eat good and maybe even get some exercise in but I'm noticing that even my day time hours seem shorter and I'm still very tired. I've always loved sleep but I really don't want to sleep my life away. I think it has something to do with the stupid time change but I still feel like I shouldn't be this tired... ugh... oh well.. I'll just have to see how that works out over the next few days/weeks.

Maybe some vitamins would help...Sleep is important too.maybe drink more water that always gets up up early...have a healthy night..
