Well I had a nice day yesterday but didn't get much exercise - did my morning ab work but that's it - worked at school for a couple hours, then came home and worked, then went to lunch with an old friend I haven't seen in a while! Kids came home from school with lots of drama to deal with and then baseball last night - son went 4 for 4 and got the game ball! Very exciting! Today needs to be a good exercise day since yesterday was a bust.
