So, yesterday I signed up for WW. A couple of my friends from work are in the program and have had great results. I chose a random weight goal when I signed up on this site. I would love to achieve it. I have a hard time sticking with things like exercise, etc. I really want to work hard and feel better about myself.

Pillar~I've only been on WW for 2 1/2 months now and love it. I was always a diet yo-yo but WW has really helped me to stick to my goals. They are a great support group. Best of luck to you and let me know if you ever want to talk.

That is great that you are taking a step to improve your health and well being instead of just picking another fad diet. I have been on WW for almost 8 weeks and I love it, even if you fall of the wagon it is just one day your diet is not blown, tomorrow is a new day with a fresh start. I have to tell myself that quite often and I have fallen off the wagon a lot less with weight watchers. Good Luck and Congrats.
