I feel good. My weight has finally done a 180 and we are back on the path to going down. I think I needed to find a good balance and really restrict my calories and measure my foods and exercise. I only did 7 minutes of evercise yesterday but I only ate 1200 calories. So I ended up going down about 2 pounds to break even of where I really was before. I look forward to submitting my low weight within the week and look forward to going down and seeing the new me finally!
