Hey Chakalina's Journal, 27 Jul 14

Good day yesterday. I've added a yummy corn and black bean salad to my meals with some sweet and hot peppers. I did some school work, watched a movie, read a few more chapters, swept, mopped, vacuumed, yard work, pool maintenance, prepared meals for a few days, and even had a nice rest on the couch. I stayed under rdi even though I woke up super early and stayed up super late.

I sneaked on the scale this morning even though weigh in is 4 more days away. The first 4 weeks, I lost 12 pounds. The second 2 weeks, only a few. I know the reason why I haven't lost nearly as much as the beginning. I wish there was a discipline/willpower pill or a lotion I could spread all over my head and heart.
