OMG!!! I have lost 3 more pounds since Friday!!! I know it may not sound like a lot but every little bit adds up!!! That was quick too because I was just weighed 4 days ago at the doctors office. I think to start with some of my weight will go quick because the changes that I have made on eating and exercising are so different from what I was doing that it's showing quicker. I'm gonna try and keep in mind that at some point in time I will hit a plateau and that will be ok because I will know then I just need make a few more changes and the weight will starting coming off again. Right now the only exercise I am doing is walking and some light jogging on the treadmill. Once I build up my strength and stamina I will able to jog more and hopefully when I get a little extra money I am going to get a small home gym that will help as well. I am so excited with just this little bit that has come it encourages me to do more. So far with I lost before I started this and what I have lost since starting this, it totals to be about 12lbs in about a month!!!!
