213...213 I'm starting to despise you 213!! Last week it wasn't such a big deal because I definitely noticed loss of inches in my clothes. I guess I'm going to have to start measuring my limbs, because this week I can't tell if my clothes fit any differently.
Day one on Slim Fast went ok. The period between snack and dinner was kind of brutal. But I held out. I ate two tacos (ground turkey)for dinner and it felt like I was cheating since I was on Atkins for the past 7 weeks and wasn't allowed tortilla. I inhaled the tacos like a hobo behind a dumpster. Looking around to see if anyone was watching me, or attempting to steal my precious tacos. *makes koo-koo sound*
Went to the gym at 2am this morning. It was GREAT! All of 6 people were there including myself and James. It felt like it was a personal gym. Got a good work out and made it home in time to get two additional hours of sleep before getting up for work.
