Team left overs again. I added some green and red bell peppers and onions to my left over chicken tikka to take advantage of that delicious sauce. All over a fluffy fork tender potatoes. Soooo goood!

Okay that does it ..... OMG - I died and went to visual food heaven - I am not a real cook - maybe I should think about that and take some kind community cooking course. My mouth is watering so much - it makes me look I am drooling.

I can so do this ... without the scallions or cilantro - both of which I like - Now What is Chicken Tikka? I am doing this tomorrow.

Jergens123 I got my chicken tikka from a friend. But if you don’t have left overs already, and need some help, there’s an aldi version of the “tikka masala” curry sauce. It’s kinda lacking but if you add a half cup of coconut milk and some curry powder to the whole jar, it tastes so much better! You should try their “korma” sauce it’s the only curry sauce they carry that I don’t have to dress up! And everything tastes good on potato.
