RM, you're such an inspiration. Everyone will be making healthy homemade bread w/o preservatives. That's a win for healthy eating. Now portion control after the bread comes out of the oven is a different story all together. I won't be baking until deep into winter, when I need calories just to stay warm. Mind you, I'm eating bakery bread, but only a thin slice or 2 at a time. Homemade bread tends to be sliced much thicker by hand.
I have zero carb control.
